Our Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're happy to offer an exchange on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Please note: We currently offer exchanges only — we do not offer cash refunds. All sale items are final sale.
Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- Not marked as final sale or on clearance
The following items are not eligible for exchange: swimwear, underwear, earrings, and any items marked final sale.
How to Request an Exchange
1. Email us at vivisowon@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
2. We'll reply within 2 business days with instructions on where to send the item.
3. Ship the item back at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
4. Once received and inspected, we'll ship your exchange within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us at vivisowon@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
